The Howard Hall Memorial Hall a contemporary community venue with a proud heritage

Offering a warm and adaptable venue where people come together to meet, socialise and celebrate. It combines the character of a traditional community hall with the comfort and flexibility of a modern event venue.

Situated in Wigmore, Medway, with excellent access from Junction 4 of the M2 and parking for 45 vehicles, Howard Hall serves the communities of Wigmore, Rainham and Gillingham while remaining easily accessible from across Medway and North Kent.

Whether you are planning a wedding reception, birthday or anniversary celebration, children’s party, business presentation, fitness class, community event, funeral wake or celebration of life, Howard Hall offers a bright, adaptable venue that can be arranged to suit your needs.

The Main Hall accommodates up to 120 guests and can be laid out with round tables, trestle tables, theatre-style seating or open space for dancing, exhibitions or even a bouncy castle. There is also a smaller meeting room, seating up to 25 people, with an independent entrance.

The venue is fully accessible and all on one level. Facilities include a commercial kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a professional sound system, accessible toilets, baby-changing facilities and a defibrillator.

Professionally managed and maintained, Howard Hall is both a Community and Masonic Centre. Throughout the week the Hall is home to a wide variety of fitness classes, community groups, societies, clubs and several local Masonic Lodges, making it a well-established hub at the heart of the local community.
