Our approach to cookies

We use Google Analytics to see how the website is used (which pages are popular, and roughly where visitors come from) so we can improve it. It sets its own cookies and is explained just below. We do not use any advertising cookies.

Two embedded features may also set third-party cookies: the MyHallWizard booking calendar and the Google map on our About page (both explained below).

Google Analytics

Google Analytics (provided by Google) tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found us. It sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google, who process it as our analytics provider. It does not record your name or your full IP address, and we use it for our own site statistics only. Google’s handling of the data is governed by its privacy policy at policies.google.com.

If you would prefer not to be measured, you can install Google’s official opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies for this site in your browser settings.

The embedded booking calendar

Our Check availability and Request a booking pages embed the MyHallWizard booking calendar. MyHallWizard may set its own cookies that are necessary for its booking service to work. Those cookies are controlled by MyHallWizard and governed by its own privacy and cookie policy at myhallwizard.com.

The embedded location map

Our About Us page shows a Google map of where the Hall is. This map loads automatically when you open that page, and Google may set its own cookies as a result. Those cookies are controlled by Google and governed by its privacy policy at policies.google.com. If you would prefer Google not to set these cookies, you can block third-party cookies in your browser.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking cookies from the booking calendar may stop it working correctly, but will not affect the rest of this website.
