Cancel or Change an Existing Booking
Use this form to request a change to, or cancellation of, an existing booking, whether it is a one-off reservation or part of a regular series.
Before requesting a change, you may wish to check room availability using the Calendar. Remember we allow a 30-minute buffer between bookings to allow time for setting up and clearing away. If you need more time, include it within your booking time.

Cancellation terms
If you cancel 90 days or more before your event, your deposit will be refunded, less a £25 administration fee.
If you cancel less than 28 days before your event and we are unable to re-let the venue, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to the full hire charge.
